Taptap Send is hiring a Senior People Operations Manager to scale global People Ops, manage multi-country employment compliance, handle employee relations, and drive process automation
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in People Operations, HR, or a comparable operational role
- Experience in fast-growing, international or multi-country environments
- Strong hands-on employee relations and performance management expertise
- Experience setting up or managing employment across multiple jurisdictions
- Knowledge of payroll, contracts, benefits, and compliance
- Strong project ownership and ability to manage multiple workstreams independently
- Comfortable working with data, systems, automation, and AI tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
