Requirements
- 5+ years HR experience as People Partner, HRBP, HR Generalist, or Advisor
- Strong knowledge of Dutch employment law and European HR practices
- Experience advising managers on complex employee relations and performance matters
- Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and coaching skills
- Ability to influence without authority and thrive in fast-paced environment
- Experience with performance cycles and organizational changes
- HR data and insights analysis capability
