Requirements
- Experience working closely with R&D and/or engineering teams
- Hands-on experience with meaningful organizational transformation
- Ability to rethink and rebuild core HR systems and processes
- Genuine curiosity about AI and the future of work
- Proactive, opinionated, comfortable challenging existing approaches
- Ability to operate in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
- Strong belief that People is a driver of business performance
