Requirements
- Experience building automations with Zapier, n8n, or Make.com
- International HR Operations, payroll, or compliance experience (EOR)
- Strong HRIS experience (HiBob preferred)
- Experience in autonomous, async-first, remote environments
- Excellent written and spoken English
- 5+ years of relevant experience
