Wolt is looking for a Senior Platform Hiring Partner to lead the business-facing side of high-volume courier recruitment, focusing on workforce demand planning, process optimization, and stakeholder management within a centralized technology-enabled hiring model
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, high-volume hiring, or consultative business partnership
- 3+ years of experience managing and influencing senior stakeholders
- Strong experience translating business needs into recruitment strategies
- Ability to analyze recruitment funnels and operational performance
- Experience improving recruitment processes and implementing scalable solutions
- Familiarity with Greenhouse ATS and Fountain AI
- Strong analytical, communication, and data storytelling skills
