Fast-growing fintech company in Panama seeks Senior Product Manager to lead lending and card products across a large payments ecosystem. Ownership of credit line products, credit/debit cards, product funnels, portfolio growth and risk-adjusted profitability
Requirements
- 5+ years in Product Management
- Strong fintech / lending / cards experience
- Experience with consumer lending, BNPL, credit cards or digital banking
- Understanding of activation, retention, monetization and portfolio metrics
- Strong analytical mindset and data-driven approach
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (risk, tech, marketing, operations)
- English or Spanish required
