About the job
We are looking for a strong Senior PSP Business Development Manager to expand our international network of payment partners, manage the full onboarding cycle, and scale payment infrastructure across new and existing markets
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in international payments, FinTech or the PSP industry
- Hands-on experience working with PSPs, payment platforms, acquirers, banks, EMIs or other financial institutions
- A strong personal network of professional contacts within the payments industry
- Deep understanding of international payments, acquiring and local payment methods
- Proven experience launching new markets and building a partner network from scratch
- Strong negotiation skills and experience communicating with C-level executives
- Fluency in Russian
- English for international communication
