Hands-on Senior Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment across various functions (Engineering, Product, ML/AI, Design, Analytics, etc.), including sourcing, interviewing, and process improvement
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on full-cycle recruiting experience
- At least 2 years in startups or fast-growing tech companies
- Track record of closing senior and hard-to-fill roles
- International recruiting experience (USA, MENA, EU, LATAM)
- Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, X-Ray, Boolean Search, Notion and Claude
- English B2+
- Russian: fluent
