Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across tech and non-tech roles
- Strong direct sourcing skills
- Hands-on use of AI tools in recruiting
- Experience experimenting with and changing existing hiring processes
- Solid understanding of the tech stack
- Experience working with demanding stakeholders
- Fluent English
