Mirantis is looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and business roles across engineering, product and customer-facing functions in the EU
Requirements
- 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in tech
- Experience in cloud infrastructure, SaaS or open-source companies
- Strong technical recruitment background across cloud, infrastructure and software engineering
- Experience hiring Kubernetes, OpenStack, DevOps, platform engineering and AI infrastructure talent
- Experience recruiting Product Managers and GTM roles
- Strong direct sourcing and talent market research skills
- Experience with ATS tools; SmartRecruiters is preferred
- Ability to work independently across teams, cultures and time zones
