Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience with both volume hiring and senior/niche searches
- Strong proactive sourcing skills
- Confidence working with recruitment metrics and funnel analytics
- Experience designing structured selection processes
- Fluent English
- Genuine interest in games
