Requirements
- Experience leading recruitment managers and geographically distributed recruiting teams
- Strong background in business and commercial recruitment
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Experience with workforce forecasting and capacity planning
- Strong command of recruitment analytics and metrics
- Experience leading organisational change and integration
