Senior Software Engineer needed to design, build, and scale core platform infrastructure for a high-volume edge computing platform handling tens of thousands of requests per second. Lead technical architecture, mentor engineers, and optimize web traffic processing at massive scale
Requirements
- 5-10 years of software engineering experience with high-traffic, multi-tenant web platforms
- Expert-level proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, and Python
- Experience designing and operating distributed, high-availability systems at scale
- Cloud platform experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- CDN infrastructure and web performance optimization experience (Cloudflare, Lighthouse, WebPageTest)
- Infrastructure as Code (Pulumi or equivalent)
- Strong SQL and data warehousing skills
- Experience with message queues (SQS, Kinesis) and CI/CD pipelines
- Data storage experience (PostgreSQL, Redshift)
- Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
