Rituals is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to manage end-to-end recruitment for a business area, act as a strategic advisor to leadership, and contribute to broader TA strategy in their Amsterdam head office
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment
- Strong end-to-end recruitment and selection expertise
- Experience working in a complex, fast-changing organization
- Extensive interviewing experience
- Strong business-partnering and stakeholder-management skills
- Confidence working with managers, directors, HRBPs and senior leaders
