Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical roles (ML Engineers, Data Scientists, AI Software Engineers, Data Engineers) at an AI company working with Google, Anthropic, and OpenAI. Own hiring strategies, passive candidate sourcing, talent pipelines, and contribute to People & Culture initiatives
Требования
- 3+ years of end-to-end IT/Tech recruitment experience
- Strong sourcing expertise and deep understanding of IT/AI talent market
- Experience partnering with Hiring Managers and technical stakeholders
- Data-driven mindset with hands-on ATS and reporting tools experience
- Comfortable with AI productivity tools (ChatGPT, Gemini)
- Fluent Polish and English
- Experience in growing tech companies, scale-ups, or software houses (nice to have)
- International recruitment experience (nice to have)
- Experience with internships and graduate hiring programs (nice to have)
