Cast AI is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to manage full-cycle recruitment for Engineering, Product, Sales, and Marketing teams, leveraging AI tools to drive hiring strategies in a global remote environment
Requirements
- 4+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience in a high-growth SaaS or tech environment
- Proven experience hiring technical roles and GTM functions internationally
- Experience with ATS platforms (Greenhouse or similar)
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Experience using AI tools for recruiting
- Excellent written and spoken English
