Requirements
- Mid-to-senior level Talent Acquisition experience
- Strong background in high-volume and blue-collar recruitment
- Native or professional fluency in Dutch (minimum C1)
- Good knowledge of the Dutch hiring market
- Based in the Netherlands or nearby in Germany
- Strong stakeholder management and consultative skills
