Requirements
- 4+ years of Talent Acquisition experience
- Expertise in IT, iGaming, or Web3 environments
- Strong end-to-end recruitment and headhunting skills
- Experience with ATS platforms, recruitment marketing, and HR analytics
- Strong stakeholder management and interviewing skills
