International fintech group is seeking a senior tax/corporate lawyer or consultant to handle international taxation, corporate structuring, and governance for regulated financial businesses
Requirements
- Strong background in international tax and/or corporate law
- Experience with cross-border structures and international financial businesses
- Background in tax advisory / consulting or in-house experience in fintech/crypto/payments
- Knowledge of international tax principles, OECD rules and transfer pricing
- Excellent English
