Requirements
- Proven experience recruiting Engineering, Product, Data, or Design talent in fast-paced environments
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence hiring decisions
- Deep knowledge of Spanish and broader European tech talent market
- Experience with advanced sourcing, market mapping, and recruitment analytics
- Data-driven mindset with ability to translate market insights into hiring strategy
- Fluent English
