Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in tech recruitment
- Strong knowledge of software engineering and technical roles
- Proven experience partnering with hiring managers and influencing hiring strategy
- Strong sourcing skills including Boolean and X-ray search techniques
- Data-driven mindset with experience using market insights
- Excellent communication skills and collaborative approach
- Passion for employer branding and continuous process improvement
