Senior UA Manager needed for a fast-growing mobile games publisher. Manage paid UA campaigns across major platforms with budgets of $500K-$1M+ monthly. 100% hands-on role with complete autonomy, no micro-management. Focus on driving installs, hitting KPIs, and deep performance analysis (CPA, ARPPU, LTV, ROMI, CVR, Retention)
Требования
- 3+ years hands-on experience in mobile UA (casual or midcore with heavy IAP monetization)
- Managed massive budgets: $500K minimum, ideally $1M+ per month
- Proactive approach and self-driven work style
- Data-driven decision making
- Active use of AI tools for optimization
- Plays mobile games and understands game mechanics
- Experience with Facebook, Google Ads, and AppLovin
