Requirements
- 3+ года опыта в User Acquisition / Performance Marketing
- Опыт работы с web-to-web воронками (quiz → paywall → trial)
- Уверенное владение Meta Ads и Google Ads
- Опыт управления бюджетами от $20K–100K+ в месяц
- Сильная аналитика: CPA, ROAS, LTV, retention, когортный анализ
- AI-first подход для анализа, автоматизации и тестирования гипотез
- Опыт в нишах Health / Utilities / Subscription products
