Requirements
- C1-level English (spoken and written)
- 2+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong knowledge of a modern programming language: JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Java, or C#
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable and ready to work remotely
- Bonus: Experience with AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, GitHub Copilot)
