Technical lead position partnering with Sales teams to design customer-specific solutions, manage deployments, and ensure post-sale customer adoption of Chainalysis blockchain compliance and investigative products
Requirements
- Experience in private sector customer types: banks, cryptocurrency exchanges, payment processors, and blockchain developers
- Practical understanding of compliance, investigative, and risk workflows
- Technical generalist background with REST API and SQL proficiency
- Experience in enterprise SaaS account or customer management
- Fluency in English
- Ability to communicate with technical and executive audiences
