International fintech company is looking for a Sourcer/Recruiter to manage 3-4 Middle+ vacancies simultaneously, conduct 25-30 interviews per week, and build candidate pipelines using LinkedIn, JuiceBox, and Boolean search
Requirements
- 1.5+ years of experience in recruitment and/or sourcing
- Experience recruiting in complex products, fintech, SaaS or tech-driven businesses
- English — B2+
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, JuiceBox, Facebook and Boolean search
- Ability to manage 3-4 vacancies simultaneously
- Ability to conduct 25-30 candidate interviews per week
- Strong organizational skills
