Requirements

- Laminated dough & viennoiserie knowledge
- Premium café/restaurant management experience
- Senior pastry leadership
- Modern café/brunch background
- Hospitality HR experience
- UAE labour law knowledge
- UAE driving licence (for specific roles)
- Strong Reels & TikTok filming and editing skills
