Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience coordinating L&D, onboarding, training or employee experience programmes
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills across multiple countries and teams
- Experience facilitating in-person and virtual learning sessions
- Experience designing practical learning content
- Experience supporting DIB initiatives, ERGs or mentoring programmes
- Professional fluency in English
