Ownership of end-to-end telecom architecture, including SIP edge, media and call control using FreeSWITCH/Kamailio, bridging internal voice systems with AI inference pipelines, and managing carrier-facing integrations for high-load platforms
Requirements
- 8+ years engineering, 4+ years in telecom/VoIP in production
- Technical leadership experience
- Deep production experience with FreeSWITCH + Kamailio OR OpenSIPS
- Strong SIP/RTP/SRTP/SDP/ICE knowledge
- Operated voice platform at 1,000+ concurrent calls
- Strong Python; experience with Lua/Go/C
- Production integration with PSTN/SIP trunk providers
- Hands-on HA/failover for real-time systems
- Production Kubernetes (GKE/EKS) and Terraform
- English B2-C1, Russian B2
