Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition or another People function
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and onboarding best practices
- Strong ownership, curiosity and a proactive mindset
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
- Fluent English and Spanish
- Exposure to performance reviews, HR tools or process automation
