Requirements
- Experience in Employer Branding, Recruitment Marketing, Talent Acquisition, Marketing or a related field
- Strong written, visual and digital content creation skills
- Experience managing social media and content strategies across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok
- Knowledge of recruitment marketing tools and digital campaigns
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Analytical mindset and experience measuring campaign performance
