Lead and manage recruitment teams across multiple locations and time zones for a US-based international company serving telecom, power, water, renewable energy, and data center industries. Oversee full recruitment lifecycle, optimize hiring workflows, and develop recruiter performance
Requirements
- Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or staffing
- Experience managing recruiters or recruitment teams
- Experience working with international and distributed teams
- Strong leadership, people management, and coordination skills
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Solid understanding of full-cycle recruitment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and open roles simultaneously
- Experience with ATS platforms (Pinpoint ATS is a plus)
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment and meet hiring deadlines
