Strategic role leading the transformation of the global Talent Acquisition function at Backbase through AI integration, automation of workflows, and operational process optimization within a fast-paced fintech engineering culture
Требования
- 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition Operations, Recruiting Operations, or Recruiting Enablement
- Global SaaS or technology company experience
- Hands-on administration experience with Greenhouse or other enterprise ATS (integrations, reporting, configuration)
- Experience building automations, low-code applications, custom GPTs, or AI-powered internal tools
- Strong understanding of recruiting metrics and data analysis
- Experience leading operational or technology transformation projects
- Practical understanding of AI governance, bias, and candidate experience
