Global Talent Acquisition Partner role at Accel Club responsible for end-to-end recruitment across multiple international markets and business functions (e-commerce, marketing, product, supply chain, technology, corporate). Own full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding, manage hiring managers partnerships, and drive recruitment strategy and process improvements
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in global Talent Acquisition
- Proven track record hiring non-technical talent across multiple international markets
- Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills
- Experience with recruitment analytics, reporting, and process improvement
- Proficiency with ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Fluent English
