Coverflex is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to own the end-to-end recruitment cycle with a primary focus on Go-to-Market and commercial roles across Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing
Requirements
- 3+ years of recruitment experience in a startup, scale-up, SaaS, tech or similarly fast-paced environment
- Hands-on full-cycle recruitment experience
- Experience hiring GTM or commercial profiles
- Strong proactive sourcing skills
- Confidence partnering with and challenging hiring managers
- Fluency in English
