Scorp, a social media start-up, is looking for a Talent Acquisition & People Specialist in Barcelona to manage full-cycle recruitment, employee engagement, and daily HR operations in a hybrid work environment
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or a similar HR role
- Strong end-to-end recruitment and direct sourcing experience
- Experience recruiting both technical and non-technical profiles
- Good communication skills in English and Spanish
- Knowledge of the Barcelona and Spanish talent market
- Proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented approach
