Lead full-cycle hiring across Europe, LATAM, and the US for fast-growing remote AI company. Manage talent pipelines, partner with hiring managers, optimize recruitment processes, and leverage AI tools for sourcing and process optimization
Requirements
- 2+ years of in-house Talent Acquisition experience
- Experience hiring in at least one key market (Europe, LATAM, or US)
- Fluent English (C1) with excellent communication skills
- Strong sourcing expertise and candidate experience mindset
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple hiring processes
- Active user of AI tools in recruitment workflows
- Knowledge of GDPR and recruitment data privacy (preferred)
