About the job
GR8_TECH is looking for a Talent Admin Lead to develop, manage and optimize the global HR Administration function, including payroll, compliance, team management and process automation
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in HR Administration / HR Operations
- 2+ years of experience managing an HR Administration team
- Experience leading HR Admin projects such as new-country launches, automation or payroll transformation
- Advanced knowledge of HRIS and HR automation tools
- Strong understanding of employment law, migration regulations and B2B contractor frameworks in an international environment
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Experience with HiBob and People Operations across Spain, Poland and Cyprus is a plus
