Lead and develop a global network of 400+ AI creators, 3D artists, and creative freelancers at a fast-growing AI creative production company. Manage community engagement, talent development, recruitment, and operational automation while working across multiple departments
Requirements
- Experience in Community Management, Talent Communities, or Provider Relations
- Background in fast-growing international or marketplace environments
- Experience managing remote contributors, freelancers, or distributed communities
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
- Interest in AI, generative content, creative production, or 3D technologies
- Experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make, AI workflows)
- Fluent French and English
- Russian language is a plus
