Hands-on Talent Lead to build and own the hiring function for an AI Safety company that raised $70M. Responsible for full-cycle recruitment, building processes from scratch, and leading international hiring across US, EU, and UK
Requirements
- Several years of recruiting experience in a startup, ideally early-stage or high-growth
- Strong hands-on sourcing and full-cycle recruitment experience
- Experience building recruitment processes from scratch
- International hiring experience across multiple markets
- Experience recruiting across several functions
- Strong analytical skills and experience with recruiting metrics
- Fluent English (C1+)
