Lead end-to-end hiring across engineering and product roles at a fast-growing health-tech startup. Build scalable recruiting systems, experiment with AI and automation, and help scale the company from 60 to 120+ people over 15 months
Requirements
- Experience hiring technical talent in startup or high-growth environment
- Strong sourcing and relationship-building skills
- Ability to partner with senior stakeholders and challenge assumptions constructively
- Use data, market insights, and candidate feedback to influence hiring decisions
- Systems mindset with enthusiasm for improving processes
- Experience hiring senior engineering and difficult-to-fill roles (plus)
- Track record of building processes, communities, functions, products, or businesses
- Strong judgment, pragmatism, and genuine desire to improve systems
- Based in Europe with European citizenship, active working visa, or self-employed status
