Lago is looking for a Talent Screener to support a US-based hiring team by reviewing applications and conducting structured video screening interviews
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Communications or a related field
- 2+ years of experience conducting candidate interviews and virtual screenings
- 1+ year of experience interviewing US candidates
- Experience supporting a US-based hiring team from an offshore location
- Excellent spoken English (CEFR C1 or above)
- Strong interviewing, listening and candidate assessment skills
