Requirements
- Team Lead experience (technical decisions, engineer development, accountability)
- Experience launching and supporting production products
- Strong hands-on engineering skills
- Deep proficiency in at least one production stack
- Understanding of architecture, APIs, data, security, and production operations
- Practical experience building and launching LLM solutions
