Требования
- Proven experience as 360 Recruiter in Life Sciences, Pharma, Biotech, or Medical Devices
- First leadership experience or strong interest in Team Lead role
- Deep understanding of full recruitment lifecycle and client management
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Consistent track record of high performance and target achievement
- Experience with recruitment tools, CRM systems, and sourcing technologies
- Proactive, growth-oriented, entrepreneurial mindset
- Fluent English
