Playrix is looking for a Technical Director to lead engineering teams, define the technical roadmap for a mobile game project, and drive AI-driven innovations to optimize production pipelines and development workflows
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in engineering, including 5+ in senior management roles
- 3+ years of experience as a Technical Director, CTO, or Director of Engineering
- Proven leadership experience with a team of 35+ engineers
- Experience in creating a tech strategy for a large software product
- Proven experience leading AI-powered initiatives from idea to production
- Strong understanding of modern AI technologies, including LLMs and AI agents
- Strong technical expertise in large mobile products (iOS/Android native, C++/C#/Java/Scala)
