Technical Lead responsible for providing architectural guidance, supporting multiple project streams, mentoring engineers, and ensuring scalability and maintainability of backend/frontend solutions in an on-site role in Saudi Arabia
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software development experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring ecosystem
- Proven experience as a Technical Lead or similar leadership role
- Strong understanding of software architecture, DDD, and distributed systems
- Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, Kubernetes, and cloud-based systems
- Ability to work effectively in an Arabic business environment
- English B2+ level
