About the job
Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple projects and programs across product and engineering teams. Monitor scope, timelines, risks, and success metrics. Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product, Compliance, Risk, Security, Operations. Establish governance processes and executive communications
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related field
- 4–7 years of experience in Technical Program Management or Technical Project Management
- 2+ years of experience in fintech initiatives (banking, payments, trading, financial services)
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
- Experience managing large-scale technical projects with distributed systems, APIs, cloud platforms
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance frameworks (KYC, AML, Customer Risk Rating, Watchlists)
- Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Experience with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Asana, or similar)
