Senior Technical Recruiter to build in-house talent acquisition function from the ground up. Own end-to-end global recruitment across four battalions (Fenix24, Athena7, Grypho5, Argos99), sourcing and placing cybersecurity professionals. Direct access to leadership, mandate to move fast and hire industry-best talent
Требования
- 5+ years full-cycle technical recruiting experience
- At least 2 years focused on cybersecurity/information security roles in US market
- Proven track record closing 8–12 roles per month as solo or lead recruiter
- Proficiency with ATS platforms and cybersecurity-specific sourcing tools
- Experience with technical assessment platforms
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Relationship building and leadership capabilities
- Mission-driven mindset with integrity and sense of urgency
- Ability to collaborate across all organizational levels
