Join IREV's Customer Success unit as a Technical Support Agent. Assist B2B clients via Front APP, help solve integration challenges with REST API, and maintain high customer satisfaction (>96%) with response times under 4 minutes
Требования
- 1+ year experience in customer service or client management
- English B2+ level (written and spoken)
- Resilience and ability to remain friendly under pressure
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Experience with B2B service (nice-to-have)
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs (nice-to-have)
- Knowledge of affiliate marketing principles (nice-to-have)
