Requirements
- Solid experience in Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, or specialized compensation roles
- Strong knowledge of compensation frameworks, salary benchmarking, and job evaluation
- Experience with pay transparency, pay equity, ESG reporting, or regulatory compliance
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into business insights
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Structured, proactive, and detail-oriented approach
